Is it potluck time? Just follow these Dolphin BBQ etiquette guidelines and bring one of the 4 food groups according to lastnames:
A-F : Beef & Lamb, such as ground chuck (enabling, e.g., bacon-cheeseburgers)
G-M : Poultry, such as chicken breasts (i.e., cordon bleu, etc)
N-S : Seafood, such as scallops, which are often wrapped in bacon
T-Z : Pork and Other White Meats, such as chops, bacon, cottage bacon, etc
